NFT88 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Terms You Need to Know

Welcome to nft88. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nft88 platform — whether through nft88.fun or our mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to use the nft88 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms implies your implicit acceptance of those amendments.

Nft88 operates as an online entertainment platform offering a wide variety of games including slots, sports betting, bingo, fish shooting games, and live casino games. All services are provided on an as-is basis, subject to system availability and scheduled maintenance requirements.

To register and use the nft88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts access to online gaming platforms.
• Never having been banned or blocked by nft88 previously for any reason.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Each individual is only permitted one (1) account only at nft88. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. nft88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit. Failure to provide the required documents within the designated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

As an nft88 account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• All activity occurring within your account, whether known to you or not.

Account inactive for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. nft88 will send a notification via registered email before imposing any such fee. Inactive account balances will not be forfeited without sufficient prior notice.

All financial transactions on the nft88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nft88 supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost for the convenience of Malaysia members.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account within 1–5 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Nft88 does not impose any additional charges on deposits.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the member's name only.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for most payment methods.
• The first withdrawal requires a successful KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Nft88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same member's name.

Nft88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer.

• Each bonus has wagering requirement of their own that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed one time only by each new member.
• Nft88 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated wins will be voided.
• Promotions not used before their expiry date will expire automatically.

Nft88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. nft88's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All games available on the nft88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by a recognised independent testing body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Members must use the platform honestly and rely solely on natural skill or luck.
• The use of bots, automation software, or any unauthorised third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs must be reported to nft88 and must not be used for personal gain.
• Nft88 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings suspected to have been obtained through illegitimate means.
• In the event of a system conflict or malfunction during gameplay, nft88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.

The following are strictly prohibited on the nft88 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registering or using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one account.
• Using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Launching any cyberattack against nft88's infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about nft88.
• Using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment.

Nft88 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Internet connection failure on the member's end.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Fair and valid game outcomes that are not in the member's favour.
• Any financial losses arising from a member's betting decisions.

Nft88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nft88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if:

• Member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred.
• Account used for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Member found using multiple accounts.
• Upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the nft88 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process, subject to no active breach of terms.

For responsible gaming purposes, members may apply for self-exclusion for a chosen period through their account control panel.

Nft88 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All personal information collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and service improvement purposes.

Nft88 will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties without their consent, except where required by law or directed by a competent authority.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the nft88 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
